Encore Boston Harbor

Shadley Associates worked with a large consultant team on the final design and construction of the Encore Boston Harbor Resort in Everett, MA.  Working with the lead landscape architectural firm of Lifescapes International out of Newport Beach, CA, Shadley Associates was the local landscape architect and collaborated with the extensive team on permitting and approvals, site design development and detailing, and construction quality control review.  Shadley Associates was the lead designer for the "Living Shoreline" along the tidal Mystic River.  The project opened in 2019.
