Iona Lakes

Shadley Associates has been updating a 200 unit apartment neighborhood, Iona Lakes, in Florida. After providing a planting and site entry improvement plan, Shadley Associates was subsequently asked to take the project a step further by looking for site wide opportunities that would invite residents outside into the landscape.  This goal was achieved through the introduction of a site wide walking path system which connects new, strategically located community amenities including outdoor seating areas, shade structures, and a barbeque pavilion.
