Shadley Associates is the lead site designer for Newton Nexus, a new 142,000 SF mixed use development in the heart of Needham. Developed by Crosspoint, the project includes tenants such as Boston Ballet, Boston Ski and Tennis, a neighborhood market, several restaurants, and retailers including upscale fashion and an outdoor/recreational retailer.
