Shadley Associates is the project designer and manager leading a team that includes Kligerman Barkley Architects, Hyphae Design Laboratory, and a team of masons in the construction of a terrific new home on an 800-acre farm in rural Kentucky. This custom home located on a 3-acre pond that Shadley Associates helped refurbish incorporates salvaged boulders from the property to seamlessly integrate the home with its stunning fountains and gardens into the surrounding landscape. Multiple tiered seating and dining areas allow the homeowner and guests to enjoy scenic views of the property and gardens. Shadley Associates continues to enrich the surrounding landscape with garden elements including meandering natural stone walls and an extensive art collection for interest, refinement, and comfort.
